Within the scope of the World Disability Day Awareness Panel, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Especially Mesut GÜNER, Gazi University Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Nevin ATALAY GÜZEL, Physiotherapy Department of our university, was held with the participation of our department professors. 

At the Empathy event held within the scope of World Disability Day, students of the Physiotherapy Department used their wheelchairs to give a message to raise awareness at the university and better understand disabled individuals. ❤️ #weareawarewearewithyou

Within the scope of the 32nd National Turkish Orthopaedics and Traumatology Congress, the presentation of the paper titled "Investigation of the Quality and Reliability of Schroth Exercises on Youtube in terms of Information Source", which we prepared as Alanya University Physiotherapy Programme, was made.

On Tuesday, October 3, Lecturer. See. Physiotherapy Program Orientation Day was held at Şebnem Köseoğlu Hall at 11:00 with the participation of our first year students.

Alanya University has been entitled to receive the Orange Flag due to the arrangements it has made for disabled people in terms of access to the venue.

We completed our 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony with great pride and excitement. We wish our graduating students success in their future lives.

Within the scope of 10-16 May Disability Week, we took part in the "Barrier-Free City Alanya Festival" organised by Alanya Municipality as Alanya University Patika Student Community. Thank you very much to everyone who participated.

Prospective students who wanted to get detailed information from our lecturers about our University and the Physiotherapy Program at the 5th Alanya University Publicity Days showed great interest in our university stand.

As physiotherapy department teachers, we are one of the exercise approaches used in the treatment of scoliosis and Dr. We have successfully completed the Lyon Method training given by Jean Claude de Mauroy.

As Physiotherapy Programme, we participated in the Applied Project Cycle (PCM) Training organised by BAKA.

Within the scope of ”Alanya University Seminars on Current Literature in Physiotherapy“, Physiotherapy Lecturer Şebnem Tekin conveyed valuable information about ”Current Literature in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation". We would like to thank our teacher and all the participants for their presentation.

Fatma ŞAHİNER, a first-year student of our department, won the bronze medal as the third at the Turkish Kick Boxing Championship held in Şanlıurfa on January 22-29. We wish our student successful years.

Within the scope of December 3rd World Disabled People's Day, a theater play called "Hayatı Yaşa" prepared by our Patika student community was performed.

On 22-23-24 July, we answered the questions of those who wanted to get information about our departments at Manavgat Novamall Shopping Centre during the university publicity days.

In the event we organised within the scope of June Scoliosis Awareness Month, we talked about the curiosities about scoliosis. Thank you to everyone who participated.
